after-sales services for the Schneider brand. Technicians specialised in each product family are

responsible for repairing all of our products, with and without warranty. To ensure optimal quality,

Schneider Consumer Services analyses all malfunctions in order to enable the Schneider brand to

improve the design of its appliances.

Responsive after-sales service Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 7 pm,

and Saturday, from 8:30 am to 1 pm.
